How many impressions can I get from my stamp? It depends on the stamp design you have as some designs use more ink than others. Ink cartridges can easily be changed out, but most ink can last 800-1000 impressions. back to top

Can I buy a Custom Stamp Design without the Stamper? Of course! Our Stampers feature a removable clip which makes changing Stamp Designs effortless. Now you can easily take out the clip and replace it with a new design. Choose from a new address design, bookplate, from the kitchen of, monogram or any of our many designs! back to top
Can I see a proof of my stamp before it gets produced? We will be happy to send you a proof if you feel it is necessary. There is a $5 charge for this service. Please note that it will add 2-3 days to the stamp production time. back to top
What do I need to send if I want to use my own art for a stamp? We accept black and white artwork in the following formats: JPG, EPS or AI. JPGs need to be 300 DPI or more. If it is an EPS or AI please make sure everything is converted to outlines. At this time, we cannot accept custom artwork for embossers. back to top
Can I buy additional Embosser plates? Yes, they are changeable as well! Embosser plates do need to be replaced after extensive use to ensure the impression is crisp and clear. back to top
How do I change Ink Cartridges? Remove your Stamp Design and blot with a paper towel to remove any exess ink before changing ink colors. Depress the Stamper about 1/4in and press the RED buttons in, to lock it. Gently push the ink cartridge out. To replace, insert the new ink cartridge UPSIDE DOWN until it locks into place. back to top
There is an error on my Custom Design. What do I do? Occasionally, there could be an error on your stamp. Do not enter your order online, please call or fax us the instructions. CLEARLY MARK “REDO” on the paper, along with the original Invoice number. If we make an error, we are happy to rush the stamp through our system, at no charge to you. If you make an error while ordering, we can remake the stamp design at a price break or you can place the stamp design order online if there is not a rush needed. back to top
